Poured Fondant

Fondant is so pretty and leaves such clean lines for decoration or even to just leave plain.  However, rolled fondant is so hard to work with and if it tears you have to start all over.  Grrrr.  Plus, alot of people do not like the gummy texture and flavor of fondant.
