8 Steps to Planning your Party

Step One:  (six to eight weeks prior to your event) Contact Giggle Tree Events to reserve your desired date and pay the non-refundable deposit.

 

Step Two: (six weeks prior to your event) Giggle Tree Events will come to your home and consult with you about location and measure areas.  At this time we will discuss what you would like for your event.  (indoor/outdoor– theme–color preferances- cake flavor-favors– etc)  At this time we may take some pictures of the area to reference for the decorating.  

 

Step Three: (four weeks prior to our event)  Giggle Tree Events will need to get a list of names and addresses from you and will mail out the invitations three weeks before your event.  The RSVP date will be set for one week before the date of your event.  Keep a list of people who call to RSVP.

 

Step Four: (two weeks prior to your event)  Follow up with Giggle Tree Events.  At this time we will make sure we have all details in place.  Of course, we will always be available for you to contact with any issues or changes that need to be made.

 

Step Five: (one week prior to your event) At this time the final head count is due.   You will also need to pay the remaining balance for your event. 

 

Step Six: (Day before event) Giggle Tree Events will be doing weather checks.  If it looks like rain will be coming we will discuss your rain plan.  You will need to clear out space at this time or prepare your yard for the event.  Pick up dog or cat droppings.  We recommend that you not water your lawn or mow it on the day before or day of your event.  Make sure you have a place for pets to be contained while party area is set up.

 

Step Seven: (Day of event) Make sure area is clear and clean of clutter.  Once Giggle Tree Events arrives please keep pets, children and other guests away from scene until party time.  It is much more exciting and fun for the children when they see their party space all put together.  You may want to enlist a family member to take your child out for awhile so they are distracted.  

Step Eight: (Party Time) We will show up and set up your themed event from top to bottom.  You don’t have to worry about a thing.   We will even take pictures of the decor and set up a link to the page so you may download any pictures of the party decor for your personal album.

Once the party is concluded, we will come back and remove all of the decorations and mess!
