Frequently asked Questions:
For what ages are your parties most appropriate?
In general our packages are designed for children 4 and over. However, some events can be adjusted slightly or redesigned for younger toddlers. We have included children as young as 2 in our events with just a few modifications to some of the activities.
How far in advance should I book my theme party?
If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend calling well in advance of your chosen date.
Do you have a location?
We do not have a party location. We bring the party to you. Think of our role in your event as similar to that of a wedding planner. The planner does not provide the venue, rather he or she organizes and coordinates the event at the venue you select. That is essentially how we provide our events. We coordinate the event at your chosen venue whether that be your home, community clubhouse, country club, hotel etc.
Do you provide 1st birthday parties?
Because a first birthday includes a wide age range of children as well as many adults and family members, we can create a custom party to fill your specific needs. Contact us for pricing.
Will I be charged for children who RSVP but do not attend the party?
Parties that have less than eight children will be charged a minimum of eight children. Some guests may not attend the party, even if they RSVP that they will attend. Please remember that we charge according to the final head count that you provide one week before the party, not the number of children who attend. Many of our items are personalized so it is important that your guest list is accurate. If you have children show up that are not on your final head count we will do our best to include them but cannot guarantee that they will receive cupcakes, costumes or favors. You will be charged for additional children.
How do you handle siblings?
Our party packages cover only the guest of honor and their guests. Please include any siblings in the final count if you would like them to be included in party activities. Please remember that most of our party packages are designed for specific age groups and do not work for children outside this age group.
I would like you to organize my party but I do not see a theme I like, do you have any other themes?
We are always looking to add new themes and would love your input. Let us know what theme you would like and we can create it.

We strictly provide decorations and entertainment. We are not caretakers or babysitters. It is the clients responsibility to monitor disruptive behavior and attend to any child who does not want to participate or is to young to participate. This will help us to provide the best possible experience for you and your child.
Can my child keep his/her costume?
Please inform your child that the costumes and accessories are for use during the event only and are not for ownership. They must be returned at the conclusion of the party. Any unreturned items will be accessed and are subject to a replacement fee. If you are interested in purchasing one of our signature costumes, hats or tiaras as a special gift for your child please let us know and we can add one into your package. If you do this then you can pick a specific costume and your child can keep it at the end of the party or can be given as a gift during the gift portion of the event.
